Worthy Park is the only distillery in Jamaica to use 100% estate sugar cane in their rums. The estate has existed as a sugar plantation and distillery in one form or another since the 17th century. This is a copper pot distilled, overproof rum that is lightly aged and colored with caramel to achieve it's black hue. Tropical fruits, toffee, and burnt sugar flavors and aromas.
