We've championed artisanal Mezcal at the bar since we opened in 2011 when most of our guests had never heard of it. Basically we're saying that we liked it before it was cool... We are laser focused on quality, provenance, production methods and business practices with every product that we carry in the shop and at the bar. But we hold mezcal to an even higher standard as the category is sadly rife with exploitation of the land and the people who produce it.
