Single blended white rum from the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, one of the finest Rum distilleries on earth. Made from a mixture of column and pot still spirits that were tropically aged for 3 years in heavily charred ex-Bourbon barrels. Charcoal filtration removes the color but not the barrel influence as this one has loads of vanilla and toasty oak notes. No added sugar or flavorings. There are few better rums we can think of for use in a Daiquiri.
