Saison Pale Rum

40% ABV

A blended Rum containing marques from Jamaica, Barbados, and Trinidad from both pot and column stills, molasses and cane juice. The rums are shipped to Cognac France where they are blended by Cognac Master Jerome Tessendier using the same methods that he uses in blending cognac. The goal is to achieve a diverse floral, fruity and spicy aromatic profile. The blend is then finished in used French oak casks for 3 months. This last step gives a hint of roundness and smoothness to this fresh, fruity and floral blend. No added sugar, flavors or colors. An excellent mixing white rum at an incredibly affordable price.
