Jamaican White Overproof Rum produced at the Hampden Estate Distillery in Trelawny, Jamaica. FUNKY! And maybe the most gloriously terrible label in all of Rum. Overproof white rum is the most consumed style in Jamaica where it is often mixed with Ting, a local grapefruit soda. This is a perfect addition in small amounts to Rum cocktails to kick up the proof/flavor/funk. And as the name says, if you want to do a flaming garnish, this stuff will ignite immediately.
