The L'Atelier des Rhums line from Rhum J.M. are designed for use in cocktails with each bottling meant to express a particular flavor profile. They achieve this through the use of different char levels and barrel type in the aging process. The Jardin Fruité represents the fruitier notes of their rhums. Notes of flambéed exotic fruits, split vanilla bean, West Indian honey, candied citrus and nutmeg.
