Japanese whisky based plum liqueuer. Japanese green plums (Ume) are macerated in casks with Akashi blended whisky and lightly sweetened with rock sugar for 6-10 months. Plum, raisins, honey on the palate with some bright acidity on the finish. Drink it neat or on the rocks, as a modifier in cocktails, or mixed with soda for a sweeter highball.
