Brucato is an Amaro company in San Francisco that looks to highlight the local bounty of California produce. Their products are Brandy based macerations of herbs, fruits, spices and barks that are lightly sweetened for balance. 

The Chaparral is bright and herbaceous with notes of mint and anise. Yerba santa, bay leaf, spearmint, and cardamom and predominant ingredients. It is an excellent cocktail substitute for the increasingly hard to find Green Chartreuse. It is also wonderful in a highball for an herby spritzy aperitivo.
