12.6% ABV

 Organically farmed, hand harvested Counoise (pronounced "coon-wahz") from Fernow Vineyard in Lodi. 50% Carbonic fermentation, 50% destemmed and fermented until dry. Matured for 9 months in neutral oak prior to bottling, unfined and unfiltered. Dark in color but lighter in body with a good amount of fruit and balanced acidity. Delightful aromatics of pepper and herbs. Low ABV but big flavor.
