Demeter certified biodynamic Verdejo from La Mancha, Spain. The grapes are hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks with ambient yeast. Unfined and unfiltered with minimal use of sulfites. Crisp and mineral driven with apple, lemon, and herbaceous notes.
