Anima Negra AN/2 2020

13.5% ABV

From Mallorca in the Balearic Islands off the southern coast of Spain. Made from a blend of indigenous grapes as well as Syrah. 65% Callet, 15% Syrah, 10% Fogoneu, 10% Manto Negro. 50 to 80 year old organic, dry farmed vines.

Fermented in stainless steel and cement tanks and then aged in French oak barrels of varying sizes for 1 year. Medium bodied, approachable. Excellent with grilled meats and game.
