Beguiling bittersweet Orange Liqueur from a certified organic distillery in Piemonte, Italia! Fresh sour Chinotto oranges from the Ligurian Riviera are macerated in neutral spirit for 2 months, with the fruit being pressed and then rested in neutral barrels for a further 6 months. Aromas of vanilla and rhubarb, and moderately bitter dandelion and orange blossoms on the palate. An excellent digestivo on it's own, or swap it in for your curacao/triple sec for some added complexity in cocktails.
