Tip Top is probably the best RTD (Ready to Drink) Cocktail producer going at the moment. They use high quality ingredients and their cocktails taste true to the classic recipes. They have recently partnered with some NYC-based bartenders who created some modern classic recipes to develop and can their creations.

Joaquin Simo bartended at the legendary Death & Co. Bar on the Lower East Side of Manhattan in the early aughts prior to opening his own bar, Pouring Ribbons which sadly closed during the pandemic. The Naked and Famous is one of the many variations on The Last Word, an equal parts drink featuring Gin, Green Chartreuse, Maraschino Liqueur, and Lime Juice. Here we swap in Mezcal for Gin, Yellow Chartreuse for Green, and Aperitivo Bitter for Maraschino. Slightly smoky, herbally complex, perfectly balanced between tartness and sweetness.
