Rothman & Winter Orchard Quince Liqueur

From the brilliant Purkhart Distillery in Austria comes this versatile and lip smacking Quince Liqueur. Fresh pressed quince juice is blended with an Eau-de-Vie of quince to create a finely balanced liqueur with sweet apple, pear, and honey notes and tangy citrus acidity. It mixes particularly well with sparkling wine, agave spirits and Gin, but frankly we can see it working in almost any cocktail setting that calls for a liqueur and acidity. Swap it in for Triple Sec in a Margarita, or for Cassis in a Kir Royale.
