The Liquori delle Sirene are a collection of bitters and liqueurs made by Elisa Carta, a trained sommelier and olive oil taster, and a passionate herbalist. She utilizes ingredients from the Lake Garda region of Italy where she is based. This is a bittersweet Aperitivo Americano Rosso that is naturally colored with hibiscus. Made from a base wine blend of Garganega and Trebbiano di Lugana. Notes of juicy cherry, orange peel, and rose. A versatile Aperitivo that can be drunk on it's own, mixed in a Spritz or Americano, or even sub in for Aperol/Bittersweet Aperitivo in cocktails.
