16.5% ABV - Amaro - Italy

Artichoke Amaro?! Yep. The intrepid Amaro producers of Italy can turn almost anything into one of their bittersweet elixirs. Arugula? Uh huh. Truffles?! You know it. ARTICHOKES?!?! Heck yeah! 

Cioco is a cool 16.5% ABV with medium bitterness and complexity. Works beautifully as a substitute for the more well known Cynar in numerous cocktail applications. It's also a delightful digestivo on it's own. Drink your vegetables.
