Approachable, lower bitterness Amaro from the legendary Nonino Distillery in Fruili, Italy. Perhaps best known as one of the ingredients in the modern classic cocktail the Paper Plane. Extremely mixable in cocktails but a fine bittersweet digestivo on its own as well.
