Friulian-inspired white blend from a Napa winemaker who exclusively produces white wines. This is their flagship bottling and it's a blend of 43% Tocai Friulano, 34% Ribolla Gialla, and 23% Chardonnay all sourced from small vineyards in Napa and Sonoma. They are fermented separately in a mix of French oak and stainless steel and blended 6 weeks prior to bottling. It is aromatic, fresh and subtle with notes of lemon, honeysuckle, and sea spray.
