Organically farmed young vine Tempranillo from clay soils on the edge of Europe's largest desert in Navarra, Spain. Spontaneously fermented in cement tank for 10 days with another 10 days of maceration on the skins. Brief aging in concrete tanks, lightly filtered prior to bottling. Fresh and bright aromatics of red cherries and raspberries give way to copious amounts of strawberry and hints of cedar on the palate. 1 Liter means more wine for you!
