La Vrille et Le Papillon Tous Cousins Syrah 2019/2020

100% Syrah that is a 50/50 blend of the 2019 and 2020 vintages. Meryl and Geraldine Crozier have been making wine in the Ardeche region of France since 2012. This syrah is farmed biodynamically and undergoes a 6 day carbonic maceration. No sulfites are added at any step of the process and the wine is unfined and unfiltered. Peppery with fresh red fruit and the characteristic graphite nose of Syrah. A lighter than expected style of Syrah.
