Aperitif Chambéryzette

Strawberry infused Dolin Blanc is one of our favorite things to make in the summer when strawberries are in peak season. So we were delighted to learn that Dolin actually makes and bottles exactly the same thing utilizing wild strawberries from the alpine valleys near their distillery in France. Chamberyzette was created by Rosalie Dolin in 1902 and now over a century later, it's finally available in the US. A delightful aperitif served over ice or mixed with soda, it's also a very forgiving and easy to mix with cocktail ingredient. Try our house cocktail, La Niña Fresa.

La Niña Fresa
1.5oz Bourbon
1oz Aperitif Chambéryzette
.5oz Cappelletti Aperitivo
Small pinch of salt
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass full of ice. Stir until well chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel expressed over the top of the drink.
