COS Frappato 2022

Frappato is one of our favorite grapes! Crunchy, light to medium bodied, some spice notes, and incredibly versatile with all manner of cuisine. Produced by Giusto Occhipinti from organic grapes that are spontaneously fermented in cement tanks. Aged for nine months in tank and a further 3 months in the bottle. A delightful lighter red that works well with a slight chill on it.
