Lovely Pet-Nat of certified organically farmed Valdiguié from Mendocino. Berry fruit and citrus flavors with a dry and slightly earthy finish. 

Producer Notes:
We’re back with one of our most sought-after sparklers. We haven’t released a Sparkling Valdiguié since 2020 so when the opportunity to bring in extra Valdiguié from Mendocino presented itself, we took it. The Valdiguié saw a gentle footstomp after it was brought in and directly pressed into stainless steel pressurized tanks to capture the bubbles naturally from fermentation. The finished wine is a beautiful and eye-catching ruby pink that shines in the glass and on the palate with refreshingly soft bubbles. Hand bottled and labeled. Unfiltered.
