Lightly peated whisky from a vatting of 60% Bourbon cask matured and 40% Sherry cask matured whiskies. Produced at the Glengyle distillery which is owned and operated by J&A Mitchell & Co. from Springbank Distillery.

Producer Notes:
Nose:
Notes of prunes, marzipan and orange-infused chocolate introduce this dram.

Palate:
Vibrant and complex on the palate, there are notes of maraschino cherry syrup, liquorice, dates and star anise. Gentle peat smoke emerges, along with a hint of cinnamon toast.

Finish:
Sea salt in the finish, with notes of hazelnuts, mint and morello cherries.
