Small batch, cask strength Bourbon aged for 4 years and bottled without chill filtration. It is a blend of the mashbills of Pure Kentucky and Johnny Drum high rye Bourbon. This is their new flagship Bourbon Whiskey and it makes the Manhattan of your dreams.

The Willett Distillery has a history going back to the 19th Century. They eventually became an independent bottler and blender and produced numerous brands including Old Bardstown, Pure Kentucky, Noah's Mill and others. They reopened their family distillery in 2012 and now produce the spirits for most of their brands. The Willett Family Estate Single Barrels are hand selected and barreled at cask strength. The age, proof and mashbill will change with each bottling.
