Using just 5 botanicals (Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Licorice Root, Orange Peel), this "Midwestern Dry" is one of the best London Dry-style gins we've tasted. Spicy and Juniper forward, it is excellent mixed with tonic or in a dry martini.
