Isle of Harris Gin

Mind blowing gin from a tiny distillery in the outer Hebrides of Scotland. Isle of Harris is a distillery founded on the namesake island off the northwest coast of Scotland in 2016. The population of the island is only about 2000 souls and part of the motivation of founding the distillery was to provide meaningful employment for local community. They produce a fantastic Single Malt and this very special gin. Containing 9 botanicals, the key one being locally harvested sugar kelp, it is complex and rich with notes of pine and juniper, citrus, flowers and sea spray. It has a touch of sweetness on the finish and a wonderful viscous mouthfeel. One of the best new gins we've tasted in years!
