Gin Primo

Pot distilled Gin from Emiglia-Romagna, Italy that utilizes Italian Juniper, lavender, and lemon verbena. But the star of the show is the locally produced sea salt, Sale di Cervia, which is melted into the Gin prior to proofing and bottling. This is the same salt used in Proscuitto di Parma and Parmagiano Reggiano cheese. 

Surprisingly salty with a snappy Juniper edge and a bit of floral sweetness on the finish. We love a few drops of saline solution in our Negroni's, but when you use this Gin (which you absolutely should), no salt addition is necessary. The salty character makes the other flavors pop in whatever cocktail you are making with it.
