Occitan Gin

Made at the Bordiga Distillery in the Piemontese Alps from just 4 ingredients, all foraged locally; Mountain juniper, anjelica, cardamom, and a secret ingredient. There is also a bit of lemon and orange peel. Each botanical is infused in neutral wheat spirit for differing lengths of time prior to an additional distillation and blending. The mountain Juniper has a distinct and pungent aroma that is similar but different to that of the more commonly used coastal mediterranean Juniper.
