Mommenpop Meyer Lemon Pop Aperitif

20% ABV

Made from a base of Chardonnay mistell (barely fermented grape must) and organic Meyer Lemons which are a variety of lemon that is lower in acid and much more floral than regular Lisbon lemons. To that base is added fresh tarragon, Meyer Lemon leaf, and vanilla beans. No added sugars, colors or flavors.

Refreshing, balanced floral sweetness with notes of lemon verbena and herbaceousness. Purpose built for spritzes but mixes fantastically with Gin for a low-ABV martini variation.
