Antica Torino Amaro della Sacra

Approachable, middle weight Amaro with medium sweetness and bitterness from Piedmont, Italy. Ingredients include green cardamom, cinnamon, myrrh, red chinchona bark, Madagascar vanilla, quassia, and Piedmontese genzianella & hop flowers. The botanicals are macerated in neutral wheat spirit prior to sweetening with beet sugar and being rested in stainless steel for 5 months prior to filtration and bottling.
