St. Agrestis is a Brooklyn Distillery that is probably best known for their non-alcoholic Phony Negroni and other N/A RTD's. But in fact they also make a range of fantastic Bitter Aperitivi, Amaro, and RTD's with alcohol. This is a Venetian Spritz made with their house made Paradiso Aperitivo and sparkling wine from Northern Italy. Bittersweet and pleasantly carbonated, it also has 2 servings per bottle so it's perfect for sharing with a friend.
