The Redacted Bros. are the Thompson brothers of Scotland who were forced to "redact" their name on the brand due to a trademark conflict in the US. They are best known as independent bottlers and blenders of Scotch Whiskey but this Gin makes us think that they have a bright future in making their own spirits. A wonderfully viscous and weighty gin with layers of citrus flavors and plenty of juniper. An unconventional gin that still works well in classic cocktail applications.
