Chardonnay based Aperitif wine that is macerated with Kumquats, Persimmons, Toasted Fig Leaves, Green Walnuts, Green Cardamom, and a small amount of Gentian. Layered, tart and bright, autumnal with honeyed fruit and mild bitterness and acidity.
