11.5% ABV
A Georgian wine that was named for Tamar Tsulukidze, a Georgian freedom fighter who sought independence from the USSR and was jailed for 19 years. Made from an indigenous white grape called Tetra that is fermented on the skins for 3 months in stainless steel tanks. A very approachable amber/orange wine that is fresh with loads of apple-y fruit, low alcohol, and a beguiling whisper of smoke.
