A lighter style of Amaro from Le Marche on the Adriatic coast of Italy. Saffron, gentian, violets, cola, chocolate and bitter orange. Works well as a substitute for Amaro Nonino in a Paper Plane cocktail. Is also a good entry to the category as it's bitterness is more approachable than some others.
