Fred Alkemil Ratafia Cherry

Complex cherry liqueur from Italian distiller Fred Gerbis. Ripe cherries are macerated with neutral spirit and a small amount of red wine as was the custom of Ratafia in ancient times. All natural, no chemical additives. A touch drier than mass market cherry liqueurs but works wonderfully in the classic applications like a Singapore Sling or a Blood & Sand.
