100% organic Gamay Noir from Zabala Vineyard in Arroyo Seco, Monterey. The wine is vinified with minimal intervention and aged in 7 year old French oak casks. Unfined and unfiltered. Crunchy red fruits, dusty tannins, a California Beaujolais of sorts.
