Baie des Tresors is produced at the Galion Sugarcane farm and factory on the island of Martinique. It is the largest sugar plantation on the island and has existed in one form or another since the mid-19th century. This is unaged, column distilled Rhum Agricole bottled at 54%. It has a bready nose with the characteristic vegetal agricole funk. Creamy with some marzipan sweetness.
