The newest addition to the lineup of fantastic gins made by our good pals at St. George Spirits in Alameda, CA. This gin contains 25 different botanicals but orange blossoms from Lindcove Ranch in Tulare County are the star of the show. The fresh blossoms are infused and distilled separately from the other botanicals and then blended with the other distillate. Floral with notes of orange candy and juniper on the nose. On the palate it is round and palate coating with botanical complexity and more unctuous orange flavors.
