12% ABV

50/50 blend of organic red and white Grenache grapes in a Clarete style. Not quite a Rosé, nor an Orange Wine, it's co-fermented from wild yeast in concrete tanks and aged in Amphora for 6 months. Sort of a light Red or a dark Rosé. Natural but clean wine from Navarra Spain in the Bardenas Reales Natural Park which borders the largest desert in Europe. Dry, lunar landscape-like vineyards produce grapes of incredible complexity.
