Molasses based, column distilled rum from the Las Cabras Distillery in Panama and is tropically aged in ex-Bourbon barrels for a minimum of 20 years. Toasty nuttiness, leather, definite Bourbon barrel influence, brown sugar and cherry pastry sweetness. This Rum is SCREAMING for a cigar. A delightful sipper and the producer says "to serve only straight. Any other ingredient or even ice is considered a disrespect." Bold words but we don't disagree!
