All natural Amaro from a family owned Grappa distillery that was founded in 1875. Alpine herbs are foraged from the area around their distillery in the foothills of the Italian Alps including gentian root, wormwood, genepy, yarrow, nutmeg, cinchona, rhubarb fruit, and orange. Medium sweetness and bitterness with an Alpine amaro profile of piney, woodsy bitterness. Think of it as a less intense Braulio in a delightfully old timey package.
