Rum has been "The next big thing" in the spirits world for about 25 years now. But as far as we're concerned, it has ALWAYS BEEN, "a Thing". It was the first and most popular spirit in Colonial America, not Bourbon or Rye Whiskey as many assume. And while the Caribbean is it's ancestral home, Rum is made in nearly every country on earth at this point. There are few spirit categories that offer the variety, complexity, and affordability that Rum does. Depending on what it's made from (molasses/cane juice/syrup), how and where it's fermented, what type of still is used (pot or column), and whether/where/how long it's aged, you can get maybe the widest flavor disparity from bottling to bottling of any other spirit.
If you choose to join our Rum Club, you will get 4 shipments a year that will contain one to two bottles with some cocktail recipes when appropriate.
