12.5% ABV

Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with a bit of Cabernet Franc sourced from 4 different vineyards, all of which they farm themselves. Farming across all of the vineyards is organic and regenerative. The grapes from each lot are fermented separately and aged for 10 months in barrel prior to bottling without fining or filtering.

"This is a classic California Cabernet. There is a firm tannic structure that is balanced by luscious blue/dark fruit on the palate and plenty of dried herbs, olives, and cassis on the nose. Delightful with its primary fruit, the wine does exceptionally well with grilled/roasted meats and veggies."
