12% ABV

Alsatian-style white blend from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. 23% Pinot Gris, 22% Riesling, 21% Pinot Blanc, 20% Muller Thurgau, and 14% Muscat, all farmed sustainably and/or organically. Spontaneous ferment, minimal sulfur additions. Floral with some sweet fruit and bracing acidity. Would be a lovely addition to the Thanksgiving table or paired with holiday ham.
