13% ABV

Central Coast Chardonnay from 2 organically farmed vineyards, Wheeler and Kevin Olsen. The grapes are barrel fermented with native yeasts and barrel aged in neutral French oak for 6 months going through full malolactic fermentation. The fruit is picked early to maintain acidity. Minimal SO2 additions. A clean and fresh, natural California Chardonnay.
