Lightly peated Single Malt from the highly regarded Akkeshi Distillery in Hokkaido. Aged in a combination of ex-Bourbon, Sherry, Red Wine, and Mizunara oak casks. Non chill filtered and bottled at a robust 55% ABV in a tiny batch of 492 bottles. White pepper, chocolate, oceanic influence, and richness.
