Ardnamurchan Highland Single Malt

Ardnamurchan is a distillery in the Western Highlands of Scotland that was founded in 2014. They have a focus on sustainability in their production processes and exclusively use renewable energy for all power and heat requirements. Their boiler is fired with biomass. 

They make both a peated and unpeated spirit and age them in ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks. Their flagship single malt contains equal parts of both spirits and is a blend of 65% Bourbon cask aged spirit and 35% Sherry cask. Honeycomb, red fruits, briny maritime influence and whisper of peat smoke are all present. We look forward to seeing what this young distillery does next.
