The Roque family produces this delightful brandy in the southwest of France in the Armagnac region. 3 types of plums (Ente, Mirabelle, and Reine-Claude; red, yellow, and green) are fermented and double distilled in copper pots and aged for a minimum of 4 years in 500 Liter oak casks. Flavors and aromas of prunes, 5 spice, cinnamon and oak. This is hands down the best Plum brandy we've ever tried.
